Pregnancy requires a place of balance among extremes. Your body is changing rapidly. Your center of gravity is shifting at every turn. How you prepare for birth can directly affect birth outcomes and your recovery process.

Learn methods for whole-body strength and resiliency that will support the body’s shifting center of gravity.

The prenatal program puts an emphasis on establishing a strong self-care practice that can be taken into postpartum motherhood.

After childbirth, your central channel needs to reconnect. This is a slow process that requires deep patience and trust of your powerful body. It also demands a consistent practice that fuels your center and restores your power.

Very often, a woman’s focus goes from her own growing belly to the baby in her arms. Though the body needs to recover from the intensity of childbirth, little time may be available for her own care. Wounds lay dormant as she tends her family. 

The postpartum program is rehabilitative in nature and intended for any and all postpartum-related complications.

In this program we will address

  • the specific needs of the postpartum body

  • any complications you've experienced to date, including Diastasis Recti

  • self-care needs as a new mother

  • at-home routines to help you stay strong and resilient while with your baby

  • resources & practitioners that will support your healing process

All of your experiences are valid. Any complications you've experienced are manageable and can be healed.

Returning To Center is a self-paced program allows you to reclaim your deep core resilience and strength, while honoring your new form and your brand new role.

 

HomeBody is not responsible for the outcome of clients’ pregnancy, labor, delivery, or postpartum recovery. The program provides a supplemental health strategy that educates mothers on optimal fertility, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum strategies, based on therapeutic movement principles.
