Step 1: Take A Deep Breath
You’ve made it this far. Now, just go on the journey with me to explore your own form and flow.
Step 2: Give Yourself Time
This class is about 50 minutes long. Try to give yourself ample time to get through the whole thing. If you need to pause and come back later, that’s fine too. No matter what, enjoy connecting with your body.
Step 3: Carve Out Space
Create a little space where you won’t be disturbed. Roll out your mat or towel and simply take up space.
Step 4: Take Class
Stay curious about your experience and move with intention. If anything starts to hurt or demand attention, follow your intuition. Don’t push through the pain if it arises. Slow or stop what you’re doing and rest.
